Questions and Answers as Well as our Policies:

Q: Should I arrive at the time of my appointment or a few minutes early?

A: Please plan on arriving five to ten minutes early so we can discuss how best to deal with any issues you may have and we can still start your session on time.   Also if it is your first time there is a tiny amount of paperwork required to keep NY State happy.

Q: What happens if I need to pee during the session?

A: This is a simple problem dealt with regularly.   Just let me know and I will give you the opportunity to deal with it.   Happens all the time, I have clients that I know will need to pee halfway though their session every time.

Q: Do I need to disrobe for the session and how much should I take off.

A: This is both the easiest and the hardiest question to answer.   My standard response is to say.  “Disrobe to your level of comfort”.   Which is the truth and the best answer that I can come up with but it fails to give guidance to a client who has asked the question?   The single most important thing is that you, the client, is as comfortable as you can be.   Being uncomfortable is a great way to wreck a massage!   What people are comfortable with varies; some people disrobe completely right down to their birthday suit.   Some people leave their briefs or panties on and a very few get there session fully clothed.   Ultimately it is simply fairly unimportant.  If you are uncomfortable with the idea of disrobing consider getting a polarity session they are usually done fully clothed.

Q: What happens if I have to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

A: I have a 24 hours cancellation notice policy which means I expect to get paid if you need to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.   So you need to reschedule you appointment please let me know as soon as possible.  I will also do my very best to work with you about rescheduling your appointment.   I would much prefer to reschedule your appointment then to cancel it.   If you have to cancel call and let me know please don’t just not show up.   I work very hard to be ready for you and often have people waiting for a cancellation.   If I know you are not coming I may be able to fit them in.
